Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly organized and detail oriented individual to join our team as a Personal Injury Case Manager. Currently, we are specifically looking for a Case Manager who is fluent in English and Chinese. As a Case Manager, you will be responsible for managing, maintaining, investigating and organizing assigned cases under attorney supervision.

Duties :

Maintain case files (no more than 50) and ensure all necessary documents are properly filed and organized
Interview clients to gather information relevant to their cases
Write and send out legal letters, etc.
Keep clients updated on their cases
Be in contact with insurance adjustors, medical providers, etc.
Negotiate with insurance companies to secure the best settlements for clients

Experience :

Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a Personal Injury Case Manager, including direct client communication and customer service
Proficiency in proofreading and writing legal letters
Familiarity with Word, Excel, and Adobe
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Pay :

$23.00
