Job Description

WHAT YOU WILL DO
As a Transitional Specialist, you are responsible for : Screening and assessing potential clients for participation in the JET Program in Flagler County, Fl. in the Flagler County Jail Creating transition Plan for participants supporting efforts in finding job placement, facilitating access to housing and providing supporting services. Planning, implementing and coordinating activities, groups and services . Will work with clients in agency office, client homes, and other community locations. Will be able to promote a positive image of recovery, using various tools to sustain recovery.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Criminal Justice or some other relevant discipline. (Required) Must be able to gain access to the Flagler County Jail. (Required) Minimum of two years behavioral Health experience which includes familiarity with and demonstrated competency in effective treatment techniques, group skills, case management documentation ability and clinical behavioral management. (Required) Valid driver's license (Required) If coming with lived experience, must have minimum of 3 years Sober (Required) Come join our team at EPIC Behavioral Healthcare!
