Medicaid Case Manager Moore Law is seeking a full-time Medicaid Case Manager to join our growing elder law practice. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in an organized environment, and can confidently manage multiple tasks at once. Every day, you'll work with families navigating long-term care and Medicaid eligibility while partnering closely with our attorneys to help clients through an often stressful process. No legal experience is required. We are happy to train the right candidate. Responsibilities Guide clients through the Medicaid application process. Gather and organize financial documentation. Prepare Medicaid applications and supporting paperwork. Communicate with clients, nursing facilities, hospitals, financial institutions, and the Indiana Family and Social Services Administration (FSSA). Track deadlines and application status. Maintain organized electronic case files. Provide exceptional customer service and regular updates to clients. Work collaboratively with attorneys and other team members. Qualifications Excellent organizational skills. Strong written and verbal communication. High attention to detail. Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines. Professional, compassionate, and dependable. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems.
