Crawford County Friend of the Court Case Manager Job description summary: Prepare support recommendations, enforce the written orders of the court pertaining to parenting time, custody, and child support provisions, manage intergovernmental cases, respond to written and verbal inquiries about cases, prepare petitions and orders, attend court hearings, present information to the court, process support payments, assist 2-4 times per year with an evening program for parents, and provide excellent customer service.
Core Competencies:
Work well as a team member and individually; be adaptable, detailed-oriented, and organized; comprehend and apply statutes and court rules; multi-task; and operate computer systems. Possess problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, excellent written and verbal communication, a strong work ethic, and effective time management practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in sociology, psychology, or related field preferred. Friend of the court experience and/or other case management experience preferred.
