Full Time Our client, a public healthcare services organization, is seeking a Client Service Representative

• Outreach to join their team.

As a Client Service Representative, you will be part of the Field Operations Department supporting the Enrollment & Community Outreach Team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range:

$20.00/hour Must speak, write and read in fluent Spanish What's the Job? Conduct face-to-face outreach and enrollment services through individual and group presentations Educate beneficiaries on Managed Care Options and assist with healthcare plan usage Support enrollment and disenrollment processes, including data entry and documentation Build relationships with community partners and participate in outreach events Maintain accurate records and meet performance, production, and quality standards What's Needed? High School Diploma or GED required Valid CA driver's license, insurance, and ability to travel locally Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment What's in it for me?
