Outreach Specialist (Kings/Tulare Counties) MindCure LLC Tulare, CA Job Details Full-time $22.07 - $26.93 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Driver's License Full Job Description Job Summary The Outreach Specialist builds and sustains relationships with community partners to drive awareness of MindCure's mental health programs and services. This role operationalizes outreach events, presentations, and partnerships that expand access to care and support client engagement. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Represent MindCure at community events, health fairs, and partner meetings. Develop and maintain referral relationships with schools, social services, healthcare providers, and nonprofits. Deliver presentations/workshops to promote services and reduce stigma. Collaborate with clinical/admin teams to align outreach with program goals and capacity.
Track/report activities:
contacts, events, partnerships, and outcomes in CRM/EHR/database. Distribute educational materials; manage inventory of outreach resources. Gather community feedback/needs assessments to inform program improvements. Support marketing and social media initiatives tied to outreach campaigns. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Clear, confident communication and public speaking. Cultural humility; ability to engage diverse populations. Working knowledge of mental health services, community resources, and referral pathways. Strong organization, time management, and follow-through. Collaborative mindset; able to operate independently and on multidisciplinary teams. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and databases/CRMs (EHR familiarity a plus). Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's in Psychology, Social Work, Public Health, Communications, or related field preferred. 1-2 years in community outreach/engagement or similar role; mental health/social services strongly preferred. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and local travel required. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred Based in Kings or Tulare County
