• North Jacksonville is looking for a motivated, personable Outreach Specialist to help us grow our presence across Duval and Nassau Counties — including areas like Callahan, Yulee, and Fernandina Beach.

We are a locally owned, family-run home care agency with an extraordinary culture. We're looking for someone who enjoys community engagement, is comfortable starting conversations with strangers, and takes pride in representing a business well. About the Role As our Outreach Specialist, you'll be out in the community several days a week, introducing local hospitals, skilled nursing and rehab facilities, senior living communities, hospice partners, home health agencies, and elder law professionals to Right at Home. You won't be closing sales or discussing pricing — your job is to open doors, build genuine relationships, and bring back the information our office needs to follow up. What You'll Do

• Visit an assigned route of community and referral partner locations each week
• Introduce Right at Home and leave behind brochures, flyers, and materials
• Build rapport with front-desk staff, discharge planners, marketing directors, and other key contacts
• Capture accurate names, titles, and direct contact information at every stop
• Submit a same-day report after every visit — what you learned, what you left behind, and any follow-up needed
• Escalate live opportunities to management right away by phone
• Represent the agency professionally at all times, wearing identifying branding
• Follow all agency policies, including HIPAA and our Code of Conduct What We're Looking For
• Comfortable walking into a new building and starting a conversation with someone you've never met
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; warm, professional, and persistent
• Reliable transportation and an active, valid driver's license
• Active phone service for daily reporting
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in sales, marketing, community outreach, or healthcare is a plus, but not required — we'll train the right person
• Able to work independently and stay consistent with reporting and follow-through

Pay:
