Outreach Specialist Dental Institution Lake Worth, FL Job Details Part-time From $20 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Opportunities for advancement Flexible schedule Qualifications School experience Spanish English Business development Prospecting Full Job Description Dental Outreach & Enrollment Specialist - Part-Time Job Overview We are seeking an outgoing, motivated professional with preferred dental experience to help us grow our student enrollment and build relationships within the local dental community. We are looking for someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, following up with prospective students, and actively creating new enrollment opportunities. Duties Build relationships with local dental offices, dentists, office managers, and dental teams Conduct in-person and phone outreach within the dental community Promote our Dental Assisting and professional training programs Identify dental offices interested in employee cross-training and continuing education opportunities Follow up with prospective students by phone, text, and email Reconnect with previous inquiries and prospective students Schedule and conduct school tours (after training) Help prospective students understand program options and guide them through the enrollment process Develop referral relationships with community organizations and other potential student sources Participate in community events, career fairs, and outreach activities when appropriate Track leads, follow-ups, tours, and enrollments Work closely with the School Director to identify new ways to increase enrollment Experience Dental experience is strongly preferred.

Dental Assistant Dental Receptionist Treatment Coordinator Insurance Coordinator Dental Office Manager Dental professional with strong communication and sales abilities The ideal candidate is: Very outgoing and comfortable starting conversations with new people Confident walking into dental offices and introducing our school and programs Comfortable making calls and consistently following up with leads Friendly, professional, and persuasive without being pushy Self-motivated and able to work independently Organized and consistent with follow-up Excited about helping people begin careers in dentistry Comfortable working toward enrollment and outreach goals Previous sales, recruiting, admissions, community outreach, or business-development experience is a plus but not required. Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus.

Schedule & Compensation Part-time:

approximately 10-15 hours per week Flexible schedule with a combination of school-based, phone/online, and community outreach $20-$22 per hour Additional enrollment and performance bonuses Opportunity for increased hours and responsibilities based on performance and growth We are growing our programs and relationships within the dental community and are looking for the right person to help us reach more prospective students and dental employers. We are especially interested in candidates who are comfortable taking initiative rather than waiting for leads to come to them.
