Kini Babies by Soul Valid Hawaiʻi is our children's brand celebrating Hawaiian culture, storytelling, and positive values for keiki. We're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships and helping purpose-driven brands grow through authentic community partnerships. Job Summary The Brand Partnerships Coordinator will identify and build relationships with creators, influencers, educators, businesses, and community organizations that align with our brands. This role focuses primarily on gifted collaborations , helping introduce our products to new audiences through genuine partnerships. This position offers the flexibility of working remotely while maintaining occasional collaboration with our team. Periodic meetings may be scheduled either in person (when practical) or virtually via Zoom for planning, onboarding, training, and team collaboration. Responsibilities Research creators, influencers, educators, businesses, and organizations that align with our brands. Use creator platforms such as Social Cat and other approved outreach tools to discover collaboration opportunities. Conduct personalized outreach to potential partners. Research 50-75 potential partners each month. Conduct outreach to 30-40 qualified creators. Secure approximately 5-10 gifted collaborations each month. Coordinate product gifting by collecting shipping information and communicating collaboration expectations. Coordinate with the fulfillment department to ensure the appropriate PR box, gifted package, or product collection is prepared and shipped to each approved creator, influencer, or partner. Participate in scheduled team meetings, held monthly or bimonthly, either via Zoom or in person. Maintain positive relationships before, during, and after collaborations. Track outreach, partnerships, and completed collaborations using a spreadsheet or CRM. Submit a monthly summary of outreach efforts and collaboration results. Represent Soul Valid Hawaiʻi and Kini Babies professionally in all communications. Qualifications Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Comfortable using Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and creator marketing platforms. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects. Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented. Passion for relationship building and community engagement.
