SCHEDULE
Monday-Friday, with occasional evenings and weekends The Corporate Partnership Coordinator develops and strengthens relationships with businesses, corporations, civic organizations, and workplace partners to increase philanthropic support for the Women's & Children's Alliance (WCA). This position cultivates corporate sponsorships, workplace giving programs, employee engagement opportunities, cause marketing partnerships, and in-kind donations that advance the WCA's mission and annual fundraising goals. Working collaboratively with the Philanthropy Manager, Community Engagement & Events Coordinator, Chief Advancement Officer, and community partners, this position manages a portfolio of corporate relationships, identifies new partnership opportunities, coordinates corporate volunteer and engagement activities, and ensures exceptional stewardship that encourages long-term investment in WCA. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with businesses, corporations, chambers of commerce, and community organizations. Identify and cultivate new corporate sponsorship and partnership opportunities. Develop individualized strategies to increase corporate engagement and investment. Maintain accurate corporate partnership records in the donor database. Track sponsorship revenue, partnership activity, and engagement metrics. Prepare reports, partnership agreements, acknowledgements, and correspondence. Develop and implement stewardship plans for corporate partners. Support businesses with sponsorship benefits, recognition, and fulfillment. Maintain ongoing communication through meetings, visits, thank-you correspondence, and impact reporting. Qualifications Associate's degree in business, marketing, communications, nonprofit management, public relations, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered; bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum of three years of progressively responsible experience in corporate partnerships, business development, sponsorship sales, fundraising, account management, community relations, or strategic relationship management. Demonstrated success building relationships with business or community leaders. Experience coordinating sponsorship agreements, corporate engagement programs, or partnership initiatives. Experience managing multiple priorities while meeting established deadlines and performance goals. Experience using donor database/CRM software (RENEXT preferred or equivalent). Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office applications. Valid driver's license and ability to meet State of Idaho driving requirements. Successful completion of required background check. Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends for networking, donor, and fundraising events. Pay:
$20.00 - $23.00 per hour
