Crestwood, IL Job Details Part-time From $51,816.77 a year 1 day ago Qualifications Computer operation Schedule management Prospecting Community events Marketing Full Job Description Job Summary Marketing & Community Outreach Coordinator Ace Home Care Chicago Inc. is seeking a motivated, outgoing, and results-driven Marketing & Community Outreach Coordinator to help expand our presence throughout the community and build strong referral relationships. The Marketing & Community Outreach Coordinator will represent Ace Home Care Chicago Inc. in the community by developing relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation centers, senior living communities, skilled nursing facilities, senior apartments, healthcare providers, social workers, case managers, community organizations, and other potential referral partners. The ideal candidate is comfortable meeting new people, conducting in-person outreach, following up with prospective referral partners, and representing the agency professionally. This position requires someone who is organized, dependable, proactive, and focused on generating meaningful relationships that can lead to client referrals and business growth. Key Responsibilities Conduct in-person marketing and community outreach throughout assigned areas. Visit hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, senior living communities, senior apartments, healthcare offices, community organizations, and other potential referral sources. Build and maintain professional relationships with social workers, discharge planners, case managers, healthcare professionals, community leaders, and other referral partners. Introduce and promote Ace Home Care Chicago Inc.'s home care services to potential clients and referral partners. Identify new referral opportunities and community partnerships. Distribute approved marketing materials, brochures, business cards, and agency information. Conduct follow-ups with referral sources and prospective partners. Attend networking events, community events, health fairs, and other outreach opportunities as assigned. Maintain accurate records of visits, contacts, leads, referrals, and follow-up activities. Submit required outreach documentation, activity reports, mileage records, and other marketing reports. Coordinate with agency management regarding leads, referrals, partnership opportunities, and marketing strategies. Assist in strengthening Ace Home Care Chicago Inc.'s visibility and reputation within the communities we serve. Qualifications Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. Friendly, professional, confident, and comfortable conducting face-to-face outreach. Ability to work independently and manage an assigned outreach schedule. Strong organizational and follow-up skills. Experience in healthcare, home care, senior services, community outreach, sales, business development, or marketing is preferred. Familiarity with the Chicago and South Suburban communities is a plus. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for community visits and outreach activities.
