Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Marketing and Hospital Liaison to serve as a vital bridge between our healthcare facility and the community. This role is designed for an energetic professional passionate about community engagement, public relations, and strategic marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a LPN/RN license; however this is not required. As a key representative, you will foster strong relationships with hospital staff, community organizations, and local stakeholders to enhance our outreach efforts. Your enthusiasm and excellent communication skills will drive community awareness, support hospital programs, and promote our services effectively. Duties Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to healthcare settings, including social media marketing, community outreach campaigns, and public presentations for community engagement. Serve as a primary liaison between the hospital and community organizations, managing outreach events, volunteer programs, and partnership opportunities. Deliver engaging public speaking engagements and presentations at community events to promote hospital services and health initiatives. Manage social media platforms by creating compelling content, monitoring engagement metrics, and responding to community inquiries promptly. Coordinate community engagement efforts through data collection, feedback analysis, and strategic planning to improve outreach effectiveness. Oversee project management tasks related to marketing campaigns, event planning, and relationship management initiatives while adhering to budget constraints. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing community concerns with professionalism and empathy while fostering long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders. Qualifications RN/LPN preferred but not required Proven experience in community outreach, public relations, or healthcare marketing with a strong background in social media management and public speaking. Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to craft compelling messages for diverse audiences. Strong organizational skills with experience in project management, event coordination, and strategic planning. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for report writing, data collection, and presentation purposes. Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to effectively engage with diverse communities. Demonstrated ability in relationship management, client communication, fundraising activities, and volunteer management. Knowledge of social media marketing tools and analytics platforms to optimize outreach efforts. Experience in business development or sales within healthcare or nonprofit sectors is a plus.
