Community Outreach & Referral Coordinator (Part-Time) HarborLight Home Care Westport, MA Job Details Part-time $25 an hour 11 hours ago Qualifications Driver's License Full Job Description HarborLight In-Home Care is seeking a friendly, self-motivated individual to help build relationships throughout the South Coast healthcare community. This is a flexible, work-from-home position with no traditional office. You'll create your own schedule while meeting weekly outreach goals. Most visits will take place during normal business hours.

Responsibilities:

Visit hospitals, rehab facilities, physician offices, assisted living communities, senior centers, and other referral sources. Introduce HarborLight and build lasting professional relationships. Deliver marketing materials and referral packets. Maintain a simple log of visits and follow-ups. Attend occasional networking and community events.

Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Organized, dependable, and able to work independently. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Experience in healthcare, senior services, community outreach, or marketing is preferred.
