Michigan Farm Bureau seeks an Associate Market Leader to support membership growth, outreach, and advocacy in Michigan's agricultural communities. In this market-facing role, you'll build relationships with farmers, agribusinesses, and local partners; coordinate events and educational programs; and help advance grassroots policy efforts. You'll analyze local trends, support county Farm Bureau leaders, and collaborate with insurance and member service teams. Responsibilities Support market leader in executing regional growth and member engagement strategies for Michigan Farm Bureau. Develop and maintain relationships with farm families, agribusinesses, and community partners to increase membership and retention. Coordinate local outreach events, educational programs, and grassroots advocacy activities that promote Michigan agriculture. Analyze market data, member feedback, and community trends to identify opportunities for membership growth and service expansion. Collaborate with insurance, financial services, and member services teams to align local efforts with statewide initiatives. Prepare reports, presentations, and updates on market performance, member engagement, and program outcomes. Assist with planning and delivering training and support for county Farm Bureau leaders and volunteers. Represent Michigan Farm Bureau at local meetings, agricultural events, and community forums. Support marketing and communication campaigns tailored to rural and agricultural communities. Ensure activities reflect the organization's values of integrity, member-focus, and community service.
