Analyze market data, member feedback, and community trends to identify opportunities for membership growth and service expansion. Collaborate with insurance, financial services, and member services teams to align local efforts with statewide initiatives. Prepare reports, presentations, and updates on market performance, member engagement, and program outcomes. Assist with planning and delivering training and support for county Farm Bureau leaders and volunteers. Represent Michigan Farm Bureau at local meetings, agricultural events, and community forums. Support marketing and communication campaigns tailored to rural and agricultural communities. Ensure activities reflect the organization's values of integrity, member-focus, and community service.
