We're looking for a Community Outreach Coordinator to represent AT&T in Apple Valley, MN and help customers learn more about wireless, internet, and connectivity options. You'll spend your day meeting and speaking with customers, answering questions, learning what they're looking for, and helping connect them with the right services. It's a people-focused role where strong communication, curiosity, and a willingness to learn can take you a long way. Why the Community Outreach Coordinator Role Matters Every customer has different communication needs, technology preferences, and goals. As a Community Outreach Coordinator, you'll help people understand their options and make informed decisions about the AT&T services available to them. You'll also play an important role in creating positive customer experiences and helping the sales team connect with qualified customers. Responsibilities of the Community Outreach Coordinator Connect with customers in the community and start genuine conversations about their communication needs. Introduce AT&T wireless, internet, and connectivity solutions in a clear and approachable way. Ask questions and listen carefully to understand what each customer is looking for. Explain products, plans, and promotions without overwhelming the customer with technical information. Assist customers through enrollment and account activation when appropriate. Keep track of customer interactions, outreach activity, and enrollment results. Work closely with the team to share customer feedback and identify opportunities for improvement. Qualifications of the Community Outreach Coordinator Previous experience in customer service, community outreach, retail, or sales is helpful, but not required . Strong communication skills and the ability to comfortably speak with new people. Friendly, professional, and confident personality. Organized and able to manage multiple customer conversations throughout the day. Willingness to learn about AT&T products, wireless technology, and internet services. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and interested in developing professionally.
