Position Overview Grain Valley Chiropractic is seeking an energetic, outgoing, and organized Marketing & Practice Representative Assistant to support our growing practice and community presence. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, coordinating events, creating engaging content, and representing a health-focused business within the community. The Marketing & Practice Representative Assistant will work closely with the Marketing Coordinator to help execute internal and external marketing initiatives, strengthen community partnerships, and increase patient engagement through educational outreach and events.

Key Responsibilities:

Community & Business Outreach Schedule and coordinate educational luncheons with local businesses and organizations Host luncheons and networking events while representing the practice professionally Build relationships with local businesses, chambers, and community organizations Encourage luncheon attendees and community contacts to schedule appointments with the office Represent the practice at local community events, wellness fairs, and networking opportunities Marketing & Content Support Assist in creating social media and marketing content Help organize and schedule content across social platforms Support implementation of internal and external marketing campaigns Collaborate with the Marketing Coordinator to plan annual marketing events and initiatives Assist with promotional materials, patient engagement campaigns, and office events Event Coordination Help organize and attend occasional weekend events Assist with setup, breakdown, and coordination of marketing events Participate in community outreach initiatives and sponsorship activities Administrative & Team Support Maintain organized event calendars and outreach schedules Assist the Marketing Coordinator with additional projects and tasks as needed Work collaboratively with the team to support practice growth and patient experience Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, confident, and professional personality Organized with strong attention to detail Comfortable speaking with businesses and community members Social media familiarity and basic content creation skills preferred Ability to multitask and work independently Reliable transportation for local events and outreach activities Availability for occasional evening or weekend events Preferred Experience Marketing, sales, customer service, event planning, or community outreach experience preferred Experience with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok is a plus Passion for health, wellness, and community involvement preferred What We Offer Positive and supportive team environment Opportunities for creativity and professional growth Bonus system Community-focused workplace culture Flexible scheduling options Opportunity to move full-time after 90 days Ability to make a meaningful impact in the local community
