Responsibilities:

• Identify and plan activities that align with supported individuals' interests and goals
• Encourage and ensure accessible participation for individuals with varying levels of need
• Transport individuals to activities and remain actively engaged throughout activities
• Document community integration activities for state reporting and marketing
• Protect the rights and safety of supported individuals
