As a key member of our community outreach team, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with local organizations, healthcare providers, and community leaders to promote our community's services and reputation. Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with local organizations, healthcare providers, and community leaders to promote our community's services and reputation Identify and pursue opportunities to collaborate with community groups, events, and initiatives to further our mission Act as a liaison between our community and the local healthcare system, ensuring seamless communication and coordination Provide information and support to community members, caregivers, and healthcare providers to educate them about our services and benefits Participate in community events and activities to promote our community and build relationships with stakeholders Maintain accurate records of contacts, meetings, and activities to ensure effective tracking and follow-up Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement outreach strategies
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required 2+ years of experience in community outreach, social work, or a related field Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records Familiarity with local community organizations and healthcare providers
