Duties Develop and execute comprehensive event marketing strategies to promote college football games and related activities within Bergen County. Manage social media platforms by creating engaging content, scheduling posts, and analyzing engagement metrics to maximize reach and fan interaction. Build strong customer relationships through face-to-face interactions at community events, fan zones, and promotional activities. Deliver compelling public presentations for community outreach initiatives aimed at increasing game attendance and fostering local support. Coordinate with team members to manage event logistics, including setup, promotions, and on-site activities to ensure seamless execution. Optimize product pages related to merchandise or promotional items online to enhance visibility and sales performance. Lead small teams during promotional events, ensuring all activities align with marketing goals and brand standards. Experience Proven experience in event marketing or sports promotions, preferably within college or community sports environments. Strong familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok for campaign management. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences through face-to-face interactions and public speaking engagements. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously using marketing project management tools and productivity software. Experience in B2B (business-to-business) marketing or client communication is a plus. Technical proficiency with presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint) for public presentations or demos. Bilingual skills are highly desirable to connect effectively with a broader community base.
