West Orange, NJ Job Details Part-time $18 - $20 an hour 5 hours ago Qualifications Stakeholder relationship building Full Job Description Private Care Management (PCM) is seeking an energetic, confident, and results-driven Marketing & Community Outreach Representative to help us expand our reach and connect more children, adults, and families with valuable support services. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong sales background who enjoys building relationships, generating leads, developing community partnerships, and turning conversations into meaningful business opportunities. About PCM Private Care Management provides compassionate, person-centered services designed to support individuals and families in their homes and communities. Our mission is to improve lives by connecting families with dependable, high-quality care and resources. Key Responsibilities Promote Private Care Management's programs and services throughout the community Identify and develop new referral sources and business opportunities Build relationships with families, schools, healthcare professionals, case managers, community organizations, and other referral partners Conduct outreach by telephone, email, social media, networking, and in-person visits Attend community events, health fairs, meetings, and networking opportunities Follow up consistently with prospective clients and referral partners Schedule consultations and presentations for interested families and organizations Maintain accurate records of contacts, referrals, appointments, and follow-up activities Assist with marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and social media outreach Meet established outreach, appointment, and referral-development goals Represent the company with professionalism, compassion, confidence, and integrity Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in sales, marketing, business development, recruiting, customer service, or community outreach Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with prospective clients Motivated by goals and able to work independently Professional, dependable, organized, and personable Comfortable networking and speaking with individuals and groups Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, social services, home care, disability services, or community-based programs is a plus Reliable transportation may be required for community outreach and events Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply What We Offer An opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals and families Supportive and mission-driven work environment Training and ongoing professional development Flexible scheduling based on the needs of the position Opportunities for professional growth and increased responsibility The ability to use your sales and marketing talents for a purpose-driven organization Ideal Candidate You are persuasive without being pushy, confident without losing compassion, and persistent without giving up easily.
