Job Description
Position Summary The Field Marketing Representative is responsible for increasing community awareness of Rising Stars' services through face-to-face outreach. This role focuses on distributing marketing materials, attending community events, building relationships with local organizations, and representing the company in a professional and engaging manner. Responsibilities Distribute flyers, brochures, and promotional materials throughout assigned communities. Hang door hangers and posters in approved locations. Set up and represent Rising Stars at community events, health fairs, and local gatherings. Staff marketing tables and engage with community members. Educate individuals about Rising Stars' programs and services. Build relationships with local businesses, organizations, providers, and community leaders. Identify new outreach opportunities, events, and partnerships. Assist with grassroots marketing initiatives and awareness campaigns. Maintain an inventory of marketing materials and request additional supplies when needed. Take photos and provide summaries of outreach activities. Track daily outreach efforts, including locations visited, materials distributed, and community contacts made. Represent the organization professionally at all times. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable speaking with the public. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout assigned territories. Organized, dependable, and self-motivated. Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule. Previous marketing, community outreach, or customer service experience preferred. Preferred Skills Familiarity with local communities and organizations. Bilingual is a plus. Ability to lift and transport marketing materials and event supplies. Performance Expectations Meet weekly outreach goals. Attend scheduled community events. Maintain accurate outreach logs and reports. Develop new community partnerships and referral opportunities. Represent Rising Stars in a professional and positive manner.
