Provider Relations Specialist - Community Services Eddy VNRA (Part-Time Days) Are you passionate about helping older adults maintain their independence while making a meaningful impact in your community? St. Peter's Health Partners is seeking an energetic, relationship-focused Provider Relations Specialist to champion the growth of the Trinity Health Alert Program (Eddy Health Alert) . In this rewarding part-time role, you will serve as a community ambassador, building relationships with healthcare providers, senior living communities, referral sources, and local organizations to increase awareness of a program that provides safety, security, and peace of mind to individuals and families. Your efforts will directly support the growth and success of a trusted service that helps people live independently and confidently in their own homes.
Responsibilities:
Grow awareness and enrollment of the Trinity Health Alert Program throughout the community. Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, community organizations, senior centers, and referral partners. Represent the program at community events, health fairs, networking opportunities, and educational presentations. Identify new opportunities for outreach, partnership development, and program growth. Educate prospective members and families on the benefits of personal emergency response services. Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative strategies that increase market presence and enrollment.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong sales experience, excellent follow-up skills, and a passion for connecting with individuals and organizations in the community.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Health Care Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience
Experience:

Pay Range:
$27.50 - 36.85 per hour Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
