Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Full Time and Part Time Wellness Coordinator to lead community health initiatives and promote holistic well-being among diverse populations. This role involves developing and implementing health education programs, coordinating outreach activities, and fostering engagement within underserved communities. As a Wellness Coordinator, you will play a vital role in enhancing community wellness through innovative program development, client-centered support, and collaborative outreach efforts. Duties Design, develop, and implement comprehensive wellness programs tailored to community needs, emphasizing health education, nutrition, and preventive care. Conduct community outreach initiatives to engage diverse populations, including culturally and linguistically appropriate communication strategies. Provide client-centered support using motivational interviewing techniques to encourage healthy lifestyle changes. Collaborate with healthcare providers, social workers, and community organizations to coordinate services and resources effectively. Maintain accurate documentation of program activities, participant progress, and data collection using EMR/EHR systems. Deliver public speaking engagements and health workshops to educate community members on topics such as Medicare, public health law policies, and nutrition. Role Overview:

We are seeking a versatile Part-Time Floater Wellness Coordinator to provide coverage across our three clinic locations (Grandview, Pickerington, and Hilliard). In this role, you will work one day per week at each location to manage daily clinic operations and seamlessly step in during full-time Wellness Coordinator days off. Reliable transportation between locations is required.

Locations:

Grandview, Pickerington, and Hilliard Experience Proven experience working with individuals with disabilities and underserved communities in a public health or social services setting. Strong background in community engagement, program planning, and community outreach initiatives. Knowledge of public health law policies, Medicare regulations, and community health best practices. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with culturally diverse populations; bilingual skills are highly valued. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for report writing, data analysis, and communication purposes. Experience conducting health education sessions using motivational interviewing techniques; public speaking skills are essential. Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems for documentation; experience with data collection for program evaluation is preferred.
