In this role, you will represent a compassionate organization committed to helping individuals receive quality care in the comfort of their homes. What You Will Do Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, senior living communities, physicians, social workers, discharge planners, and other referral partners. Promote home care services through outreach, presentations, networking, and community engagement. Identify new business opportunities and support efforts to increase client referrals. Respond to inquiries from prospective clients and referral partners in a timely and professional manner. Collaborate with operations and care teams to ensure a smooth transition from inquiry to service start. Track outreach activities, referral trends, and market opportunities. Represent the organization at community events, health fairs, and professional gatherings. Support marketing initiatives and contribute ideas to strengthen brand awareness and local presence. What We Are Looking For Experience in marketing, sales, business development, account management, or community outreach, preferably in healthcare or home care. Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams. Professional, compassionate, and service-oriented approach. Comfortable managing multiple priorities and following through on commitments. Proficiency with basic computer applications and CRM or tracking tools. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, as local travel may be required. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of home care services, senior care, or healthcare referral networks. Existing relationships within the local healthcare or community services market. Experience with outreach planning, promotional campaigns, or event coordination.
