Part-time Our Collegeville studio is growing, and we're looking for someone to help grow it — half inside the studio, half out in the community. beem™ Light Sauna is built around infrared sauna, red light therapy, and chromotherapy. People come to beem® Light Sauna to recover, unwind, and take some time for themselves. Our infrared sauna, red light, and advanced light therapy experiences are designed around six core wellness benefits: detoxification, stress reduction, metabolic activation, pain relief, immune support, and skin renewal . It's wellness designed to help people feel better, recover better, and make taking care of themselves part of their routine. What we need now is someone who can introduce more of beem to Collegeville and who'd genuinely enjoy doing it. What makes this different from a front-desk job About half your week is in the studio building relationships with members, introducing new guests to what we do, and turning interest into memberships through genuine, consultative conversations. You'll help make every visit feel welcoming, personal, and worth coming back for. The other half, you're out in the community building relationships and creating opportunities and connections. A local fitness studio. A chiropractor or physical therapy practice. An apartment community. A corporate wellness event. A conversation with an HR director looking for something new for their employees. You'll find the opportunities, build the relationships, coordinate the events, and turn those connections into leads, studio visits, and ultimately new members. Nobody is going to hand you a list of where to go. Finding those opportunities is the job, and it's the part that makes it interesting. What you'd be doing In the studio (~50%) Welcome members and guests, and make the studio feel like somewhere people want to come back to Educate guests on our services and guide them to the right membership or package Give studio tours and consultative sales conversations — educating, not pressuring Follow up with leads through our internal systems Handle check-ins, scheduling, phone and email inquiries, and POS transactions Keep the studio beautiful: refreshing private suites between sessions, folding towels, resetting the flow In the community (~50%) Build relationships with local gyms, wellness and healthcare providers, employers, apartment communities, schools, and organizations Find and book pop-ups, wellness fairs, and community events Represent beem at those events and convert interest into trial visits, appointments, and memberships Collect qualified leads and follow up Contribute event and partnership content for social media Track outreach activity and results, and share what's working How success is measured Membership and package sales, leads generated, events booked and completed, and new partnerships developed. We'll set monthly goals together and review them honestly — no surprises. You'd be great at this if you Enjoy meeting new people, including cold introductions Are comfortable walking into a local business and starting a conversation Like working toward numbers rather than being made anxious by them Would rather find the opportunity than wait for it Care about wellness and want to explain it honestly, without overselling Have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and flexibility for occasional evenings and weekends Experience in sales, hospitality, fitness, retail, events, or outreach helps — but we care more about how you are with people than what's on your resume. This may not be the right fit if you're looking for a quiet desk shift, or if the outreach half sounds like the part you'd try to avoid. That half is the reason the role exists. What we offer $15-$20 per hour, based on experience 15-25 hours per week, including weekends Performance-based bonuses on memberships and packages Complimentary wellness sessions and employee discounts A flexible mix of studio and community-based work A real hand in how this location grows, and the relationships across Collegeville's wellness and business community that come with it
