$20-24/hour, based on experience and qualifications, plus performance bonuses. About the Role We're looking for an outgoing, relationship-focused professional to represent Divine Med Spa in the community. Your mission is to build partnerships that generate new clients, wellness events, and long-term referral relationships. This is not a desk job. You'll spend your time meeting people, building connections, and helping local organizations discover the benefits of wellness. Responsibilities Build relationships with healthcare providers, fitness studios, local businesses, schools, apartment communities, and corporate offices. Schedule and attend partnership meetings. Coordinate community events, wellness talks, Lunch & Learns, and health fairs. Maintain regular follow-up with partners to strengthen relationships. Collaborate with our marketing team on cross-promotions and community initiatives. Track all outreach activities and partnerships in our CRM. Success Looks Like Each week, you'll work toward: Visiting 15-20 new businesses Having 10 meaningful conversations Conducting 5 follow-up meetings Scheduling 2 partnership meetings Booking at least 1 community event Success is measured by: New referral partners Community events booked New clients generated Memberships sold through partnerships Long-term business relationships What We're Looking For Friendly, outgoing, and confident meeting new people Excellent communication skills Organized and self-motivated Comfortable working independently Reliable transportation Passion for wellness and helping others Experience in sales, networking, community outreach, event planning, hospitality, or business development is a plus—but personality and attitude matter most.
