This position is ideal for someone with caregiving or CNA experience who enjoys helping people, solving problems, staying organized, and building relationships. You'll coordinate care for our clients, support our caregivers, occasionally step in to provide care when needed, and help build relationships with referral partners and the community. What You'll Do Care Coordination & Client Support Coordinate client and caregiver schedules Match caregivers with clients based on care needs, skills, and availability Find coverage when caregivers call out Communicate with clients, families, and caregivers Help onboard new clients and coordinate the start of care Follow up with clients and families to ensure satisfaction Assist with client visits and reassessments Maintain accurate client and caregiver information Help resolve client and caregiver concerns Caregiver Support Serve as a resource and point of contact for caregivers Assist with caregiver onboarding and training Help reinforce company policies and care expectations Build positive relationships with our caregiving team Hands-On Care When Needed Occasionally cover caregiver shifts when unexpected staffing needs arise Provide compassionate, non-medical in-home care within the scope of our services Community Outreach & Business Development Build relationships with senior living communities, healthcare professionals, social workers, and other referral partners Participate in networking and community events Follow up with referrals and potential clients Help increase awareness of CareBuilders at Home in the community Assist with marketing and business development activities What We're Looking For Required Previous professional caregiving experience Experience in home care, assisted living, hospice, CNA, or a similar caregiving environment Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and changing situations Comfortable using computers, email, and scheduling software Reliable transportation Willingness to occasionally cover a caregiver shift when needed Preferred CNA certification Previous home care or care coordination experience Leadership or caregiver supervision experience Customer service, sales, networking, or community outreach experience The Right Person Will Be Someone Who Understands the realities of caregiving Stays calm and solution-focused when things change Takes initiative and follows through Enjoys working with seniors, families, and caregivers Is comfortable meeting new people and building professional relationships Is willing to jump in and help when the team needs it Wants to grow professionally What We Offer $22
