Your primary responsibility is simple:
find and book private parties and off-site events. You'll build relationships with local businesses, schools, apartment communities, military organizations, nonprofits, churches, and other groups that are looking for unique team-building events, fundraisers, celebrations, and private paint parties. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys networking, meeting new people, and creating new business opportunities. Responsibilities Prospect and identify new private party and off-site event opportunities. Visit local businesses and organizations to introduce Painting with a Twist. Build relationships with schools, corporations, apartment communities, nonprofits, churches, military organizations, and community groups. Reach out through phone calls, emails, networking events, and in-person visits to generate leads. Schedule meetings and secure private event bookings. Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and follow up with leads. Communicate booked events to the studio management team for scheduling and execution. Meet monthly booking goals. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and comfortable with cold calling and in-person networking. Sales, business development, or customer service experience preferred. Reliable transportation for local outreach. Strong organizational and follow-up skills. Ability to work independently and produce results. Compensation This is a flexible part-time position (approximately 10 hours per week) with hourly pay plus commission opportunities based on booked private parties and off-site events.
