Activity Coordinator Alpha's House is seeking a compassionate, energetic, and dependable Activity Coordinator to support our Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR) Day Support Program for adults living with serious mental illness. This position works alongside the Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) to provide engaging activities that promote recovery, socialization, independent living skills, and community integration. Responsibilities Assist the QMHP with facilitating daily groups and activities. Plan and lead recreational, wellness, life skills, and social activities. Encourage participant engagement and positive social interaction. Assist with community outings and transportation as needed. Observe participant behavior and communicate concerns to the QMHP. Help maintain a safe, respectful, and recovery-focused environment. Participate in staff meetings and trainings. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; college coursework in Human Services, Psychology, Social Work, Education, or a related field preferred. Experience working in mental health, human services, recreation, or community programs is a plus. Strong communication and organizational skills. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
