Marketing/ Admissions Assistant The Center at Park West - 2.5 Pueblo, CO Job Details $20 - $25 an hour 6 hours ago Qualifications Customer communication Stakeholder relationship building Full Job Description About The Center at Park West The Center at Park West is an 80-bed short-term skilled rehabilitation facility dedicated to providing high-quality care and helping patients return home safely and confidently. We are seeking a personable, organized, and motivated Admissions/Marketing Assistant to join our team and help support our admissions process and community outreach efforts. Position Summary The Admissions & Marketing Assistant supports the facility's admissions and marketing efforts by assisting with referrals, coordinating tours, communicating with patients and families, maintaining relationships with referral partners, and helping promote The Center at Park West within the community. Weekends required

•This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, building relationships, staying organized, and making a positive first impression. Key Responsibilities Assist with the admissions process from initial referral through patient arrival. Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from hospitals, physicians, patients, families, and referral partners. Assist with coordinating and tracking incoming referrals and admissions. Schedule and conduct facility tours for prospective patients and families. Serve as a welcoming and knowledgeable point of contact for prospective residents and referral sources. Assist with maintaining positive relationships with hospitals, physician offices, case managers, discharge planners, and other referral partners. Support marketing and community outreach activities designed to increase awareness of the facility and services. Assist with marketing materials, community events, presentations, and facility outreach. Maintain accurate admissions, marketing, and referral records. Follow up with referral sources and prospective patients as appropriate. Work closely with the Administrator, Director of Nursing, Admissions team, and other departments to facilitate a smooth admissions experience. Help ensure prospective patients and families receive accurate information regarding services, amenities, and the rehabilitation experience. Represent The Center at Park West professionally and positively within the facility and community. Perform other duties as assigned. Ability to build and maintain professional relationships. Comfortable speaking with patients, families, healthcare professionals, and community partners. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Previous healthcare, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, admissions, marketing, sales, or customer service experience preferred. Knowledge of skilled nursing, short-term rehabilitation, or healthcare admissions is a plus. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems. Why Join The Center at Park West?
