We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and results-driven Admissions Director to lead the admissions process and help drive census growth at our skilled nursing facility in Alpharetta, Georgia. The Admissions Director will oversee the admissions and referral process from initial inquiry through admission, while developing strong relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, discharge planners, assisted living communities, rehabilitation providers, and other referral partners. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated healthcare professional who understands the post-acute care environment and is passionate about both patient placement and census development . Commission Bonuses are offered. Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage the facility's daily admissions process. Coordinate referrals, insurance verification, clinical reviews, authorizations, and admissions with the appropriate departments. Respond quickly and professionally to new referrals and admission inquiries. Work closely with hospital case managers, social workers, discharge planners, physicians, and other referral sources. Build and maintain strong relationships with referral partners throughout the North Atlanta healthcare market. Conduct facility tours and meet with prospective residents and families. Clearly communicate the facility's clinical capabilities, rehabilitation services, amenities, and available programs. Monitor the referral pipeline and follow up consistently on pending referrals.
