Job Description

AdmissionsMarketing Liaison (Healthcare) Mercer Manor RehabilitationNursing Center is seeking a full-time AdmissionsMarketing Liaison (Healthcare) to support admissions, referral development, and occupancy growth across two skilled nursing facilities in Aledo and Monmouth, Illinois . In this role, you will build relationships with hospitals, healthcare providers, residents, and families while coordinating admissions, developing referral partnerships, and helping prospective residents transition smoothly into our facilities. Responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, discharge planners, and other community referral sources. Meet with prospective residents and families to discuss services, answer questions, and guide them through the admissions process. Conduct facility tours and provide exceptional customer service throughout the admissions experience. Coordinate admissions paperwork, clinical information, and communication with referral sources and interdisciplinary teams. Support occupancy growth by developing referral relationships and identifying new opportunities within the community. Maintain accurate admissions records and provide follow-up communication after admission to ensure a positive experience. Qualifications Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, healthcare admissions, marketing, social services, or a related healthcare setting preferred. Knowledge of post-acute care and rehabilitation services preferred. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple responsibilities, and travel between both locations. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
