Education:
-Master's degree in Social Work (MSW), Clinical Psychology or a closely related field from an accredited college or university. -Possession of a valid Pupil Personnel Services (PPS) credential with an authorization in School Social Work, preferred.
Experience:
-Two years of post-masters experience working in public schools. -Demonstrated experience working with students and families from diverse backgrounds.
Licenses or Certificates Needed:
-Possession of a valid California Driver's License. Candidates must provide (and maintain) official motor vehicle driving record, and proof of compliance with district safe driving standards. -Marriage and Family Therapists (MFT) and/or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) required if applicant does not have a PPS credential with the School Social Work authorization.
