• Safety Management Action Response Team (SMART) This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and must have lived caregiver experience in child welfare or behavioral health.

The ideal candidate must possess strong engagement and time management skills. The Family Advocate will provide safety management services to ensure that appropriate interventions and services are provided to address caregiver protective capacities while ensuring the child's safety, permanency, and well-being in relation to the identified needs of the family. Document activities and other services in FSFN. Must possess a valid FL driver's license and insurance.
