Anticipated Clerk for Curriculum Coordinators/Director of Student & Family Support Billerica Public Schools - 3.6 Billerica, MA Job Details Full-time $20 - $29 an hour 17 hours ago Qualifications Customer inquiry handling High school diploma or GED Clerical experience Full Job Description This is a school year position (10 months)The Curriculum Coordinator Clerk provides clerical and secretarial support to the districts Curriculum Coordinators. This is a school year position. This position assists with the organization of curriculum-related materials, communications, records, and day-to-day clerical tasks that support the work of the Curriculum Coordinators. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and able to manage multiple clerical responsibilities with accuracy and professionalism.
Qualifications:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or relevant administrative certification preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of 2-3 years of administrative or clerical experience, preferably in an educational or customer service environment. Experience with student record systems or database management is a plus.
Skills & Abilities:
Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, etc.), as well as the ability to utilize electronic platforms to streamline efficiency. Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Familiarity with FERPA regulations or a willingness to learn rapidly.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Performance Responsibilities:
Provide clerical and secretarial support to Curriculum Coordinators.

Prepare, format, proofread, copy, scan, and distribute documents and correspondence.

Assist with scheduling meetings, training, and curriculum-related events as directed.

Prepare materials, packets, agendas, and resources for meetings and professional learning activities.

Maintain organized files, records, and documentation related to curriculum work.

Enter and maintain information in databases, spreadsheets, and tracking documents.

Assist with ordering, receiving, organizing, and distributing curriculum materials, resources, and supplies.

Process routine paperwork, purchase orders, receipts, and invoices in accordance with district procedures.

Maintain confidentiality of student, staff, and district information.

Respond to routine inquiries and provide information or direct requests to the appropriate staff member.

Assist Curriculum Coordinators with clerical tasks related to curriculum projects and initiatives.

Handle all sensitive student and family information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion, adhering to relevant privacy policies (e.g., FERPA).Submit payment requisitions as neededCommunicate with families owing money for Advanced Placement examsAny other assigned duties to support the Coordinators and Director of Student & Family SupportReports to:
