Requirements:

Licensed at the

LICSW, LCSW

level by the Board of Registration in Social Work pursuant to G.L. Chapter 13, Section 80. Minimum of 1 year experience in Hospice and Home Care Computer experience Requires ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality Excellent communication skills Driver's License Responsibilities include but not limited to: Psychosocial assessment of strengths and weaknesses, including coping skills, support systems, and the need for community resources. Assessment of grief reactions and high-risk factors for complicated bereavement.
