Job Description

West Cecil Health Center Inc is seeking a Licensed Certified Social Worker to deliver high-quality social work services in a tech-driven healthcare environment. In this hybrid role, you will complete psychosocial assessments, develop and manage treatment plans, and coordinate care using leading software tools. You will collaborate closely with clinicians and product teams, provide crisis intervention and referrals, and leverage data and EHR systems to improve client outcomes.
