Parent Information Packets Organize Copy Parent Information Meeting @ BTSN Create P.P. presentation Attend Help facilitate Field Trip Permission Forms @ BTSN Complete and organize forms Collect and manage Bus Lists Create Cabin Lists Facilitate creation of cabin lists together with 5th grade team members Chaperones Organize list of interested chaperones Work with office staff to ensure IChat is complete. Collect and review parent information Work with administration to conduct lottery to determine final chaperones Parent communication point person Respond to parent questions -email, phone calls.
