full-time WCS Healthcare Partners is seeking a dedicated and compassionate social worker to join our Emergency Response Team in Orange County. This role involves providing critical support to individuals experiencing mental health crises, substance use challenges, and homelessness. The successful candidate will work closely with first responders to deliver immediate assistance and coordinate ongoing care and resources for affected individuals and families.

Schedule:

Full time

• Schedule is flexible
• has to work 5 days a week including 1 weekend day. For example
• it could be Sun to Thurs or Tues to Sat.

Responsibilities:

Respond to emergency calls in the field alongside EMS and a peer advocate. Provide on-site emotional support, crisis de-escalation, and resource navigation. Conduct follow-up calls during downtime to ensure continuity of care. Document all interactions using Foothold EMR (training provided). Collaborate with community partners and refer individuals to appropriate services. Participate in ongoing training and team meetings. Requirements LMSW in New York State, required. Valid, unrestricted driver's license. Comfortable working in the field, including home visits and alongside first responders.
