$18/hour The Social Work Clerk provides administrative and clerical support to the Social Services Department in a nursing home setting. This position assists the Social Worker and interdisciplinary care team in maintaining accurate resident records, coordinating communication with residents and families, and supporting daily departmental operations. The Social Work Clerk plays a vital role in promoting quality care and ensuring that residents' psychosocial and administrative needs are met efficiently and compassionately. Job Duties Assist the Social Worker in completing, filing, and maintaining psychosocial assessments, progress notes, and care plan documentation. Prepare and update resident charts and records in accordance with facility policies and regulatory standards. Organize and maintain departmental files, correspondence, and reports as delegated by the Social Services Director.
