Job Description

Lighthouse CH is seeking a compassionate, faith-driven team member in Williamsburg, NY to invest in the lives of children and families. In this onsite role, you will offer Christ-centered support through mentoring, basic counseling, and practical care. Responsibilities include intake assessments, simple care plans, one-on-one and group sessions, and partnering with families, churches, and community resources. You will document services, help lead outreach events, and uphold child safety.
