Support Multiple providers In this role, you will have the opportunity to help support patients by collaborating with patients to: Set healthcare goals Complete advance care plans Track providers quality goals

What You'll Bring:

Completion of post secondary program in Practical Nursing Nursing degree Current Ohio LPN license

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Preferred:

Experience in physician offices BLS/CPR certified preferred. Proficient with technology required for data tracking and reporting Experience in physician offices BLS/CPR certified preferred. Proficient with technology required for data tracking and reporting
