Lifesteps is hiring a Child Development and Family Resources Supervisor for the Family Services Department in Butler, PA . Position Summary:
The Supervisor, Child Development and Family Resources, provides oversight of community based developmental screenings for children birth to 5 years of age. The Supervisor provides leadership of the developmental screening staff across multiple counties, schedules community-based and preschool screening dates, and performs outreach and education with families, child care/preschool administrators, and early intervention programs to connect children and families to early intervention and other community resources. The Supervisor's communication, time-management, and problem solving skills can support families and educators to help each child achieve their potential. Management responsibilities such as oversight of approximately 3 employees, conducting performance reviews, training new employees, managing the time off requests, etc. are part of this role. This full-time position works Monday through Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm with weekends off!
