POSITION SUMMARY
Murchison Consulting Group is seeking a Youth Diversion Case Manager to carry a virtual caseload of students who are struggling academically, behaviorally, or emotionally and are at risk of disengaging from school. You are also responsible for filling your own caseload. That work happens inside the same weekly hours as your student sessions, mostly through the families you are already serving. As your caseload fills, more of your week goes to direct service. This is a contractor engagement, not a job. You control your method and your schedule inside the program service window. We control the outcomes and the documentation standard.

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 15.0 per week Application Question(s): Where, what ages, and what you were actually responsible for. A few sentences is plenty. We are more interested in what you did than where you did it. A 13 year old has missed 14 days this semester. His mother says he will not get out of bed in the morning. You have your first video session with him on Thursday. What do you do in that session, and what do you do in the two weeks after it? Part of this role is filling your own caseload. If you started Monday with three students and needed to get to twelve, where would you begin? You have 15 hours in a week. Eight students at two contacts each, notes within 24 hours, supervision, and caseload building. Walk us through how you would lay out a typical week.
