High School Campus Maintenance Worker Full-time:

7:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday to

Friday Pay:

Starting at $18.50/hr Depending on experience and skills Performs daily work assignments Solves a variety of problems with building and fixtures (e.g., broken floor tile and equipment malfunction) Performs all aspects of painting, drywall and repair, parking lot striping, safe removal of graffiti Solves all problems related to floors, walls, countertops, ceilings, etc. Locates and orders parts and materials used to complete work assignments Drives and operates various maintenance vehicles and equipment Will be called to respond to routine and emergency duties as required Work requires lifting and moving equipment and materials up to 50 pounds, climbing May use chemicals that are potentially hazardous Activities may involve outdoor work in all weather conditions Other duties as assigned by school administration

MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Requires High School diploma, GED or equivalent as reviewed by the Department of Human Resources. Verification may be requested.
