About the Role As a Family Services Worker, you'll provide strengths-based case management services that support family well-being while ensuring compliance with Head Start, licensing, and health regulations. You'll connect families with resources, monitor health and screening requirements, maintain accurate documentation, collaborate with teachers, lead family engagement activities, assist with enrollment and recruitment, and help families access the services they need to thrive.
