Rapid Rehousing/Childrens Case Manager
Job Description
HOPE is accepting resumes for a full-time Rapid Rehousing/Children's Case Manager in all counties served by HOPE. This position will be responsible for working with the unique needs of victims of domestic and sexual violence from Marion, Harrison, Lewis, Doddridge, and Gilmer counties. A Bachelor's Degree in a Human Service Field and experience working with victims in crisis situations and/or housing is preferred. This position requires experience in case management with emphasis on locating housing, establishing relationships with potential landlords, service planning and networking with other agencies. Additional duties include providing case management and advocacy services to children receiving services from HOPE. This may include children residing in the shelter, along with providing services to children in the community. A potential candidate should have experience working with children, be highly organized, sensitive to the needs of abused victims, and capable of maintaining confidential information. Must possess a valid West Virginia Driver's License and a reliable vehicle to transport victims if needed. Excellent benefit package offered.
