Allscripts Required Qualifications MSW (Master's degree in Social Work) required Active, unrestricted LMSW or LCSW license in any U.S. state, Puerto Rico, or U.S. territory BLS certification through American Heart Association (AHA) required Minimum 3 years of clinical care experience Experience with: Discharge planning Case management Utilization review Electronic health records

$2,842.00 - $2,950.00 per week
