W-2, Full-Time About the Role Inclusive Learning Partners is seeking experienced Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs) to provide school-based mental health services to students in Montebello, CA. The ideal candidate is a collaborative, student-centered clinician with experience supporting children and adolescents in a school or educational setting. This role will work closely with students, families, school staff, and other members of the educational team to support students' social-emotional well-being, mental health, and overall success at school. Required Qualifications Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program Active and unrestricted California Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license Please note: ACSWs, interns, and associate-level clinicians are not eligible for this position Must have a Type 1 National Provider Identifier (NPI) Must be enrolled as a Medi-Cal Fee-for-Service (FFS) provider OR enrolled as an Ordering, Referring & Prescribing (ORP) provider Must have experience with the Family Systems Model Experience working with children and adolescents, preferably in a school-based setting Strong communication, collaboration, documentation, and case-management skills Responsibilities Provide individual and/or group mental health services to students Conduct assessments and develop appropriate treatment and intervention plans Support students with social-emotional, behavioral, and mental health needs Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and multidisciplinary school teams Participate in student support meetings and other school-based meetings as needed Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with district, Medi-Cal, and applicable professional requirements Provide crisis intervention and support when appropriate Connect students and families with appropriate school and community resources Support a positive, inclusive, and student-centered school environment Employee Perks & Benefits Weekly pay via direct deposit Medical, Dental, Vision, & Life Insurance Paid Sick Time, PTO & Holidays 401(k) Referral bonuses Supportive, responsive leadership team Benefits eligibility may vary based on employment status.
