We are a growing multidisciplinary practice providing comprehensive mental health and wellness services to children, adolescents, and adults. We pride ourselves on creating a non-judgmental, inclusive, collaborative, and healing environment where clients feel supported and clinicians have the opportunity to grow professionally. We are currently seeking therapists, counselors, social workers, and associate-level clinicians who are passionate about helping clients create meaningful change in their lives. We are especially interested in clinicians who want to be part of a collaborative practice and have an interest in women's mental health, children and adolescents, anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, trauma, substance use/recovery, couples, or family therapy.
Responsibilities:
Conduct individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy based on the clinician's experience and interests. Complete comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, and other appropriate modalities. Provide crisis intervention and support when clinically indicated. Collaborate with psychiatrists, APRNs, PAs, therapists, and outside providers to provide integrated and comprehensive care. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans. Maintain professional, ethical, and clinical standards of care. Participate in a supportive and collaborative multidisciplinary environment.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, marriage and family therapy, or a related behavioral health field. Must be licensed in Connecticut or hold an eligible Connecticut associate-level credential. Strong clinical and interpersonal skills. Ability to work with diverse populations and clinical presentations. Interest in women's mental health and wellness is a plus. Experience with children, adolescents, families, trauma, OCD, ADHD, or substance use is also highly valued. Ability to appropriately assess and manage emergency and high-risk situations. Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication and collaboration skills. Commitment to providing compassionate, evidence-based care.
